Teamwork Spirit and Transparency, A Crucial tool for both Church and Government Development.
The Managing Director Prime Radio Limited, Engineer Fred Nkayivu has warned the public over the dangers on lack of Unity and Transparency on running projects initiated by both the Church and government.
He expressed this during the Launch of Maganjo District Fans Club of Kampala SDA Zone in Kampala Political district of Uganda. Nkayivu felt concern over many projects of the church which tend to collapse due to negligence and lack of support from the people.
He pointed out Lack of teamwork spirit among the community members, without excluding, the SDA church members, as one of the major challenges that have led to collapse of many church and government projects.
Engineer Nkayivu appealed to the congregation and the country at large to always unite and support all projects that have been started by the church and those initiated by the government.
Basing on the church grounds,he mentioned 91.9FM (in Kampala)and 94.6 FM (in Masaka) Prime Radio Limited, Kireka Adventist Referral Hospital (under Construction),Prime Television (under way),to mention but a few, as one of the many projects that collectively require everybody's support in terms both Finance and Material means, in order to enable them serve the community with much ease.
He assured the worshippers that, when they wholeheartedly support such projects the Church's Mission of Preaching the Good news to all nations before His second coming will surely be achieved.
Turning on to the newly launched fans' club, Mr.Nkayivu Fred urged it to always keep the candle for Prime Radio burning and uplift it high, so that many people can see it and at the same time use it profitably.
Meanwhile, the Prime Radio coordinator in Maganjo SDA church district, Ester Nagadya was so thankful to God for having held such a wonderful event but asked members not to relax in supporting the God's work through Prime Radio.
The Elder for the Fans Club, John Senfuma, also commended Prime Radio Management and its staff for the good services they render to the public and the entire globe, nevertheless, asked parents to make their children like and love tuning and listening to prime radio.
The event was also presided over by the chairperson Kampala Zone Fans Club, Frank Kaitare who advised all members to commit themselves entirely on communication, through Prime Radio which is of a unique brand, in order to fulfill its goal for its existence.
Its crucial to take note, the ceremony was also attended by number of dignitaries from the central government, Buganda government, and the church itself, And many Choirs including, Outspan day and Boarding Primary School-Namulonge and Katikamu SDA Secondary School –Gayaza Campus.
